Boxed Lunches
Our executive boxed lunches are great for your next corporate meeting or social gathering.
We offer a unique packaged box with a salad or sandwich with all the extras to make it an impressive presentation for your clients and friends. Be sure to review the Boxed Lunch Menu.
Dinner
Dinner is served only when there is a game or event at the Sovereign Center Arena. Dinner is served prior to the event. Our dinner menu consists of hand-cut steaks, tender chicken, fresh seafood, and great pasta dishes made to order.
All dinners include our 34 item salad bar with the freshest homemade salads, dressings and yes, don’t for the soups. Our daily soups are made from scratch with the best quality ingredients.
Our dinner menu also includes burgers and sandwiches, as well as salads for the less hearty appetites
Lunch
Our Lunch Menu is served weekdays from 11 am to 2:30 pm.
The 35 item “Souper” salad bar offers homemade soups, fresh salads, warm rolls and muffins.
The extensive menu includes wrap sandwiches, “pretzel-mania” sandwiches, giant burgers, melts, salads and appetizers.

Breakfast
Our Breakfast Menu is served Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 11:30 am. and on Saturday from 7 am to 11:00 am.
We offer a full breakfast menu including a variety of egg dishes, unique omelets, Texas French toast, fluffy pancakes, and homemade creamed chipped beef.
Our freshly baked sticky buns, Danishes and muffins will challenge the best, even Moms!!
